- Lubrication: Keep the shapes always clean and dry before lubrication. It is recommended to use diesel oil with 10% burnt oil (avoid bubbles). Avoid vegetable release. Tilt the shape to drain for approximately 30 minutes and reuse the material. Never lubricate the wet form.

- Filling: If using the shovel to fill it does not beat in the shapes with it. Use a platform car to carry full drying shapes. After vibrating the shapes should not be stacked in large quantities.

- Vibration: Do not leave the shapes separate on the table, because with movement they can clash and cause breaks.

- Breakdown: Use rubber hammers for release. The ideal is a daily release. On hot days you can do 01 more release.

- Cleaning and storage: Use hydrochloric acid solution (muriatic) 01 l for 20L of water. Use large bowl and leave the shapes for 15 minutes. Wear long rubber gloves. When out of use, keep the forms in a ventilated place and shadow.

- Trace: The recommended basic trait is 03 quantities of sand + 03 gravel + 01 cement. There are variations according to the materials used, temperature, humidity, resistance, vibration, etc.

- Floors: Floor for light traffic can be 06 cm. For normal traffic, 08 cm pieces are more suitable. Every quality floor should be done on well -compacted soil.

- Colorful parts: use good quality pigments. Clean the shapes frequently. To prepare the dough, put water then the cement and then the pigment in this order. The manufacturer recommends using about 2 kg per bag of cement.
