Description

Thermal thermal paste Silver is formulated from modified silicone additive with high thermal conduction materials, providing superior heat dissipation performance. Fills all micro gaps between the surfaces, eliminating the retained air and offering very low thermal resistance.

It is chemically inert, not corrosive and non -toxic, and has excellent thermal stability and can operate at temperatures up to 250C and, for short periods, at temperatures of up to 300c.

MAIN APPLICATIONS

Suitable for use where there is a need for more efficient heat elimination, such as CPUs, high performance processors, heat -generating sources, thermocouples, resistances, semiconductor assemblies and other components.

Transportation and storage

It should be transported and stored according to common practice with chemicals.

Handling and application method

Clean the surface with ts cleaner wet scarf or isopropyl alcohol implastec. Apply Themal Silver on the processor or component. With a spatula, spread the product over the entire area forming a thin layer.
